In addition to our own engineers we have access to engineers for all field that are experienced in designing products for customers from large machines to small components. We have completed many large projects such as blow moulding machines that people can walk inside the platen space, to small fans for computers.

We can design in many different medium and use fully integrated computer system so our customers can view their finished product in 3D before we start the actual manufacture for them. The design of the tools can be for Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Rota Moulding, Vacuum Forming, Metal Pressing, Plastic and Aluminium Extrusion, and Production Line Processing but we are not limited to these fields. We have 3 fully functional modern tool shops employing over 100 workers in these premises.

We spend many hours with our customers to achieve the desired end product and our customers are welcome to come to the factory at any stage during manufacture to see their tools being made. In addition to the design of the product we have the latest CNC machines to complete the tooling process and with our in houses English speaking people it is easy to communicate.

As a general rule we normally spend several hours with the customer to first unlock his ideas. These can be just verbal or in sketch form. We then turn it into a working sketch then into a computer model at each phase liaising with our customer for their input. We then price the tool and the finished product so the customer can decide if the product fits his market.

At this stage there is a minimal cost to our client as this is still in the design phase. Once the product is given the approval of our client we require 30% of tooling cost prior to starting and the 70% of tooling cost after approval of off tool sample. The tool then is owned by our client and he can shift to other manufacturing facilities at his discretion. Tools can be built in our factories and then shipped back overseas to other countries as the tool shops are their own cost centres.
